Do you find it challenging to navigate the intricacies of social media, cell phone usage, and video games? Learn up-to-date information and statistics on the impact electronics have on the developing brain including sleep, academics, and physical health.

This program is for adults only. Wed, 3/20 from 6:30-8pm. Cedar Mill Library, 12505 NW Cornell Road.

Presenter Shawn Marshall, MA, LPC is a licensed professional counselor with over twenty years of experience working with children and families. He specializes in working with teens and has expertise in depression, anxiety, attention deficit, academic challenges, and oppositional behaviors.
