GRADE LEVEL SOCIALS/CELEBRATIONS: Each grade is given a student social at the end of each semester, organized by parent volunteers. The PTC funds food, a DJ, and other fun party activities to make these events something the students won't forget. All socials take place during the school day.
FAMILY WOLF NIGHT:
We are hosting our Back To School Night on August 22, 2024 at 5:30 PM. We have moved this date up from our traditional September date because we hear many requests for families to come to engage with the school before the first day. Teachers will be on campus, but because it is pre-service week, many will not have completed setting up their classrooms. They will be here to greet you and let you look around.
At Back To School Night you are invited to:
Walk your schedule (print or download from ParentVue/StudentVue)
Meet your teachers
Meet your counselor
Explore our amazing library
Complete a scavenger hunt and leave with a gift
Sign up for volunteer opportunities
Meet our new PTC Board and get a schedule of meeting dates
In addition to meeting your teachers, you can also:
Purchase all your school supplies in one spot (including binder)
Purchase your yearbook
Take care of technology insurance fee
Buy school swag
If you purchase items ahead of time, please bring your receipt. If you want to purchase at school, please bring cash or check.
STAFF APPRECIATION: The Cedar Park PTC provides various catered events for the Cedar Park staff throughout the year. Additionally, parents donate food items to the monthly themed events and keep the coffee stock at full capacity.
8th GRADE SEND-OFF: The PTC sends the 8th graders out in style by planning, staffing, and funding an end of year send-off every June. Typically this event includes a DJ, food, and other party vendors and activities to celebrate themselves and say goodbye to CPMS.
