September 2021 Community Meeting Minutes and Treasurer's Report

The Cedar Park PTC met via Zoom for the first community meeting on Tuesday, 9/21.  Ms. Megan Clifford and your PTC Board were on hand to give updates on school/PTC news. It was great to have over 30 participants in our first meeting!

      • Book Fair - October 7 thru 18, 2021new online system to help students go cashless with the e-Wallet!

  • Year to Date Numbers

    • Reviewed expenditures at the end of the school year & beginning of the school year, thus far

  • Will follow up on how to connect with Amazon Smile for CPMS

  • Question from RC parents about how RC is built into PTC budget. More to come at our next PTC meeting. 

NEW BUSINESS

  • Parent interested in starting an ethics club. Looking for those who may be interested in supporting this club  with an interest or professional experience in philosophy or ethics, but not required to be an expert.
